Cookie statement

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. Similar techniques, such as local storage, work slightly differently but fall under the same rules. Below you can read what we store and why.
2. Which cookies do we use?
2.1 Necessary cookies and storage (always active)

NEXT_LOCALE is only set when your language choice differs from your browser’s language setting. Neither one requires consent: without this storage the site cannot remember your choices.
2.2 Analytics cookies (after consent)

Zoho PageSense records sessions: it captures how you interact with a page, such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and moving between pages. This shows us where visitors get stuck. The input field for your phone number is excluded from these recordings, and we do not link recordings to your name or phone number. Recordings are stored with Zoho in the EU. If you switch visitor statistics off, nothing is recorded.
2.3 Marketing cookies (after consent)

The Meta pixel is only placed after you have accepted marketing cookies and helps us measure which ads lead to a request or an appointment.
3. External services you open yourself
If you want to schedule a meeting, a window with the Zoho Bookings calendar opens. That window only loads the moment you click it, not when you first open the site. Within that window Zoho may set its own cookies that are needed to make your appointment, for example for the session and the available time slots.
Those cookies belong to a service you request yourself and therefore fall outside the two choices in the cookie banner. We do not place them and cannot switch them off for you. If you would rather avoid them, do not open the window and email us instead. What Zoho records itself is set out in Zoho’s privacy policy.
4. Measuring without cookies
Alongside the tools above we count visits with our own measurement on our server. On each page view we send a single signal containing only the page requested, the domain name of the site that referred you and the campaign parameters from the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid).
We place nothing on your device and read nothing from it, so no cookie consent is required for this. Your IP address is briefly held in the server memory to limit abuse of this endpoint. We do not store it and do not pass it on.
5. Managing your consent
Analytics and marketing cookies are separate choices: you can accept one and decline the other. The button below reopens your choice so you can adjust or withdraw it at any time. As soon as you switch a category off, we stop loading the corresponding scripts. Cookies those parties already placed can be removed through your browser.
