Joep is an AI assistant. He announces this at the start of every call. That is required under the EU AI Act (Art. 50) and aligns with our brand value of transparency.

Joep speaks Dutch, English, German and French. He auto-detects the caller’s preferred language.

Joep has a warm, professional voice. You can choose from several voice options. A custom brand voice (voice clone) is available on the Custom plan.

Most customers are live within one business day. We configure your menu, opening hours and call flow.

No. We handle everything. You only need to forward or port your phone number.

Integrations with Untill, Lightspeed, MplusKASSA, Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats are in development. In the meantime Joep works standalone and forwards orders by email or WhatsApp.

Yes. Joep can keep reservations in a log and notify you by WhatsApp or email.

Yes. All data is processed in line with GDPR. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We provide a standard data processing agreement (DPA).

Calls are recorded for quality purposes. Callers are notified at the start of the call. Recordings are retained for 30–90 days (configurable).

Allergen info is processed minimally. Only as far as needed to process the order.

Yes. A standard DPA is available for all plans and is published on our website.

The subscription is €100 per month per location, with everything included. Pay yearly for a 10% discount. One-time setup fee: €350.

No. Unlimited inbound calls. No surprises.

The monthly plan is cancellable monthly. A yearly plan runs for 12 months.
