Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time setup fee of €350. Onboarding and configuration are included.

Can I cancel at any time?

The monthly plan is cancellable monthly. A yearly plan runs for 12 months.

What do I get with the 10% yearly discount?

When paying upfront for 12 months you effectively pay €90 per month instead of €100. Otherwise identical to the monthly plan.

Any overage charges per call?

No. Joep charges no overage fees. You always know what you pay.

Is Joep GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All data is EU-hosted, no data leaves the EU. Data processing agreement included.

How long does implementation take?

In most cases live within one business day. We configure everything for you.
